Neighbourhood Watch absolutely still exists and is thriving as a large, volunteer-led charity in England and Wales, actively preventing crime and building community, adapting to modern threats like cybercrime with digital tools and partnerships. It's a grassroots movement with local groups, supported by a national network, focusing on community safety, resilience, and helping neighbours work together
